Who handles your information?

Why do we need this information?

Your name, contact details, project description and availability help us review your enquiry and get back to you. Photos are optional and are used only to understand your project.

Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.

Photos and the contents of your enquiry

Send only references relevant to your project. Do not include identity documents, medical records or sensitive information. Avoid unnecessary faces or identifying details, and only send images you have permission to share.

Submission and recipients

The form is provided by Tally. Leali can access the responses, and a notification may be sent to the email address associated with her Tally account. Tally states that it hosts responses in Europe; some of its subprocessors, as well as the email service, may process data outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep your information

Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to follow them up. Leali will define the precise retention period and deletion procedure before the form is activated. Data relating to a confirmed service may be subject to separate retention obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing, under the conditions provided by applicable regulations. Cookies and external links

The site does not embed advertising analytics or social media feeds. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and Tattoo Life load those services only when you open them. Their own privacy policies then apply.

The public version may use technical tools required for hosting and the form. These will be described here when they are activated.
